Construction of a recreation and wellness area around Talitskaya mineral springs
On the territory of Talitsky Urban District an investment project is proposed for implementation to create a recreation and health improvement center on the basis of Talitsky mineral water springs.
The project involves the creation of a thermal complex with an open-air swimming pool for year-round use.
The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of the population of Talitsky Urban District, as well as to attract residents of other territories for comfortable recreation and recuperation.
Planned attendance - from 100 thousand people a year.
Key advantages of the project:
- Optimal location - next to the federal highway Yekaterinburg - Tyumen (20 km.), the closest natural thermal springs from Yekaterinburg (230 km.), proximity to the Tyumen region (80 km. to the border);
- Availability of explored hydro-mineral and mud resources - 4 deposits of mineral groundwater with approved reserves, including for balneotherapy, mud sapropels of lakes Mayan, Beloe, Butkinskoye;
- Location in close proximity to the regional specialized hospital of medical rehabilitation “Mayan” and sanatorium “Talitsa”.
