Construction of a wholesale distribution center for agricultural products in Kamyshlov

Project initiator: Limited Liability Company “Urals Wholesale and Distribution Center”.

Project Location: Kamyshlov, Sverdlovsk Oblast

Current status of the project:

• Land plot for project realization is available;
• Project documentation has been developed;
• Positive conclusion of expertise has been received;
• Construction permits have been obtained for all stages;
• TU for connection of communications have been obtained;
• Commercial offers for all equipment for receiving, processing, packing and storage equipment and logistics software are available.

The project will be realized in 6 phases starting from 2023:

• vegetable storage No. 1 6,700 tons, processing workshop, tare warehouse, checkpoint No. 1;
• vegetable storage No. 2 6,700 tons;
• vegetable storage No. 3 6,700 tons;
• vegetable storage No. 4 6,700 tons;
• distribution center 5,040 tons, checkpoint No. 2;

administrative building.

Project Implementation Timeline
Start of Project implementation - March 2023.
Construction and installation works: March 2023 - July 2029. 
Commissioning of the facility in Phase 1: August 2024.
Commissioning of the facility: August 2029.
The estimated period is 30 years (2023-2053).

The planned volume of investments under the project is 1,937 mln. rubles.


Investments made in the project by the investor for design and estimate documentation and market value of land plot assessment (assessment report No. 2561-R/2022) - 89.3 mln. rub;
Payment of investment costs for the construction of the ORC -1,710.91 mln. rub;
Marketplace creation - 73,488 mln. rub;
Working capital - 63,994 mln.rub.


The planned financing by sources of financing is as follows:
Equity capital - 89,3 mln. rub;
Borrowed capital to replenish working capital (cash from credit organizations and other financing) - 63.994 million rubles;
Endorser's funds - RUR 1,784.398 mln. for the construction of the ORC and creation of a marketplace.
