Construction of Radonovka Balneary Resort on the territory of Verkhnaya Salda Urban District

Construction on the land plot with cadastral number 66:08:0701012:79, area 11 201 sq.m.

The project involves the construction of the Radonovka water treatment center with an area of 432 square meters and the creation of 15 new jobs.

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of the population of the Gornozavodskoye administrative district, to meet the demand for therapeutic and recreational services of water cures with natural mineral water.

Planned attendance: 4,300 people per year.

Location: v. Neloba of the municipal formation “Verkhnyaya Salda Urban District”, 176 km north of the city of Yekaterinburg, 30 km east of the city of Nizhny Tagil.

Key advantages of the project:

• Unique deposit of radon mineral groundwater;
• High therapeutic properties of mineral waters, radon concentration in the water of the Nelobskoye deposit is 167.8-443.8 Bq/dm3;
• Availability of a valid license for subsoil use from 27.11.2012, ser.CBE № 03290. Validity period till 20.11.2037;
• Availability of a land plot lease agreement until 20.11.2037.
