Development of Velvet Horns Farm

Potential consumers of the farm's tourist services and farm products are primarily residents of the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions (about 8 million people).

The farm has a land plot of 516 hectares, another land plot of 220 hectares is in the process of registration, the lease agreement is planned to be concluded in March 2020. 2 houses for rent, necessary household buildings have been built. The farm already has about a thousand heads of deer (spotted and red deer). There is also a small contact zoo.

The main stages of the project realization:

• Registration of the second plot of land with an area of 220 hectares;
• Conclusion of a contract of technical connection to the power grid and connection, the required capacity is 200 kW;
• Backfilling of the forest road from the side of V.Syserti, 30 km;
• Creation of a plan, design-project of infrastructure and development;
• Preparation of the necessary authorization documentation;
• Purchase of machinery;
• Cleaning of the site;
• Construction of administrative building, restaurant, bathhouse;
• Construction of a hangar (reindeer farm);
• Purchase of reindeer stock;
• Construction of wooden houses, 8 pcs;
• Construction of a contact zoo;
• Improvement of the territory.
