The office buildings will be connected by warm glazed passages. In the center of each building there will be spacious atriums of unique shape, which will become a place for meetings and communication.

The educational center will house lecture halls, classrooms for group studies and apartments for non-resident students. The amphitheater can host open-air events.

A kindergarten, shopping and sports center will appear on the territory of Contour Park, which can be used by the city residents.

A park with a pond, running and walking paths will be located in the center. This is an open environment for city residents - the park is limited only by buildings.

One of the largest climbing walls in Europe will become a notable social object of Contour Park. It will be able to host international competitions and serve as a training base for adults and children.

Parking lots will be located in the basement-stylobates, from which you can go up to the office. On the roofs of the parking lots there will be areas for work, sports and outdoor recreation.
