To be admitted to the grant competition, applicants must pass the qualification process and gain access to the register of potential contractors.

Last year, the ATR updated its requirements for including enterprises in the registers of manufacturers and contractors. This includes the requirement for companies already listed in the register to undergo re-qualification.

The Investment Promotion Agency of the Sverdlovsk Region is the regional operator of the ATR. Enterprises and organizations in the region can contact the Agency to obtain information on selection conditions, participant requirements, and other opportunities offered by the Agency for Technological Development.
