The new livestock complex in the Irbitsky urban district was highly appreciated by the Governor of the Region Evgeny Kuyvashev
During the working trip to the Irbitsky district, Evgeny Kuyvashev assessed significance of the livestock complex for 1200 cows in the settlement Pervomayskaya for the food security of the Region.
«This production does not only involve production of milk. It means more: new jobs, preservation and development of the rural areas: we are engaged in comprehensive development - we build kindergartens, stadiums, clubs, urgent care centers, roads, etc. For example, for the Pervomayskaya settlement we are preparing an application to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to include construction of a new school into the budget for 2023 »,-said Evgeny Kuyvashev
Agricultural production cooperative «Kilachevsky» is the largest diversified and highly mechanized agricultural enterprise in the Region. It is the leader in terms of milk and grain production, productivity of dairy cattle. Here, due to introduction of the new technologies in the plant growing and animal husbandry, the highest in the Region yield of grain crops and milk per forage cow is obtained for several year already. And large international manufacturers of the dairy products for kids have acknowledged high quality of milk produced in «Kilachevsky».
If thirty years ago there was a cow in almost every family in the villages and one could go to a neighboring house to buy a three-liter jar of quality milk, now you can hardly find such a thing anywhere. Therefore, we are purposefully engaged in development of the dairy farming - in the first half of the year more than 1 billion rubles were assigned for these purposes in the form of the subsidies»,- said Evgeny Kuyvashev
The livestock complex «Kilachevsky» in the Pervomayskaya settlement comprises 13 buildings with three thousand heads of young animals. From the very birth the calves are kept in the hangars in the individual cages. And «milk taxi» -dispensers for feeding are used.
Over the past five years 112 dairy farming facilities were put in operation in the Sverdlovsk region and 8 sites are in the process of construction and modernization. The Region provides itself with milk by 70%, and this figure is growing from year to year. The Sverdlovsk region occupies 7th place in Russia in terms of milk production.
