High-Tech Line for the Production of Dry Construction Mixtures Presented in Polevskoy

"Following the instruction of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Denis Vladimirovich Pasler, I visited one of the largest enterprises for the production of building materials. For our region, where high rates of housing construction are maintained, ensuring the market with quality materials is of particular importance. It is important that such products are manufactured here, in the Sverdlovsk Region, at a localized production facility. This allows us to strengthen the region's industrial potential and the country's technological sovereignty," noted Dmitry Ionin.

Earlier, the head of the region noted that in 2026 the Sverdlovsk Region ranked fourth in Russia in terms of total housing construction volume. In addition, our region ranks second in the country in terms of the volume of multi-apartment housing commissioned.

The technological line in Polevskoy is equipped with high-tech automatic equipment for producing high-quality putty, facade paints, and filled primers. The production process involves up to 60 steps of control over component-by-component dosing and technological parameters of synthesis. Thanks to the modernization, in 2026 the enterprise will be able to increase the production volume of dry mixes from 161 to 170 thousand tons per year, and the output of liquid products — from 1.1 to 2 thousand tons.

It should be noted that over this and the previous year, the manufacturer has allocated more than 75 million rubles to the development of the production site. The investments have made it possible to upgrade the technological base, improve the efficiency of the workflow, and create additional opportunities for supplying the region's construction sector with modern materials.

The development of local production brands and the enhancement of enterprise competitiveness align with the objectives of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."
