More than 370 hectares of land identified in the Sverdlovsk Region under Rosreestr's "Land for Tourism" project

Lands designated for tourism can be used to create recreation facilities, build hotels, and implement resort, spa, and entertainment activities.
"The 'Land for Tourism' project is an important tool for bringing unused lands into circulation for creating new tourist facilities and expanding existing ones. The successful implementation of the project contributes to the formation of investment sites and, consequently, an influx of investments into the territories, the development of the regional economy, and the creation of new jobs," said Dmitry Ionin, Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.
It is worth noting that all information about land plots and territories for tourist and recreational purposes can be found on the website. To do this, one needs to select a free plot of land for tourism on the map and click the "Get Service" button.
"Domestic tourism is now actively developing. The Sverdlovsk Region has high tourism potential. Given the emergence of new unique tourist destinations, it is necessary to develop tourist territories. Eleven land plots with a total area of 28 hectares are already involved and being used in the 'Land for Tourism' project," said Igor Tsyganash, Head of the Rosreestr Office for the Sverdlovsk Region.
The project is being implemented as part of the state program "National System of Spatial Data."
