The first healing hotel in Sverdlovsk Region will be established in the Sukholozhsky District

The Investment Promotion Agency of Sverdlovsk Region and "Arenda 720" company signed an agreement to support the investment project "Creation of the Country Spa Hotel 'Aura of the Urals'" during the INNOPROM-2025 exhibition.
"Acting Governor Denis Pasler has set the task of creating conditions in the region to attract tourists and investors. This project aligns with these objectives. Investments in renovating existing buildings and constructing a glamping park with 41 guest villas are estimated at 1.24 billion rubles. A particular highlight of the project is the 600-square-meter spa and detox center offering various wellness programs, which will attract mass tourism. The creation of 168 new jobs is planned," said Dmitry Ionin, Deputy Governor and Minister of Investment and Development of Sverdlovsk Region.
The total area of the complex will span six hectares. The territory will feature forest pools and thermal zones, a beach club on the Pyshma River, a bath complex, a children's center, a cheese dairy, and much more.
"People today often lack time for what truly matters, which is why we decided to create this complex as a place for gentle restoration of health and mental balance amidst the Ural nature," said Andrey Orlov, Operations Director of "Arenda 720" LLC.
The investor has already commenced construction work—utility networks in existing buildings are being inspected and replaced, and the first individual villas have been built.
"Arenda 720" plans to complete all phases of the project by 2028. The project aligns with the objectives of the national "Tourism and Hospitality" project.
