The investor will invest 505 million in the construction of an aqua complex with thermal springs and a rock pool in the Sverdlovsk Region

The complex will occupy an area of 1.5 hectares and will be located within walking distance from the city centre and in close proximity to the natural monument Bogatyrek Mountain and the skiing complex of the same name. There is also a railway station and a bus station nearby, which will attract guests from nearby villages and towns and develop domestic tourism.
The two-storey building of the complex will house two indoor swimming pools: adult and children's with a mini-aquapark. In the baths area it will be possible to visit Finnish, salt or aromatic sauna, Russian steam room, Turkish hamam.
Children's and adult heated swimming pools will also be arranged outside. Jacuzzi, hydro-massage and even sun beds will be arranged in the water. In winter, the water temperature will be kept at 39 degrees. It is noteworthy that the builders will place the pools above the cliff. Swimming, visitors will admire the view of the forest, mountain, river and temple. The total area of all pools of the complex will exceed 600 square metres.
The complex will also include a children's play area, a café, a quiet recreation area, a beach volleyball area, a phytobar and a banquet hall for children's parties. Visitors will be able to use the car park with 55 parking spaces. According to preliminary estimates, the complex will be able to receive 400 visitors at a time.
The developer plans to open the complex in the first quarter of 2027. Almost 100 jobs will be created there.
The regional authorities have already granted the aqua complex project the status of a social and cultural facility. Thanks to this measure of state support, the developer received a land plot on lease without tenders. The specialists of the Agency for Investment Attraction helped to draw up the documents for this purpose.
‘At the initial stage there was no understanding of where to go, who to turn to. The Agency acts as an intermediary that helped to orientate, organised communication with local and regional authorities, and advised on support measures,’ said Ekaterina Agafonova, director of the developer's company.
