The Titanium Valley Special Economic Zone has ranked among the leaders of Russia's industrial sites rating for 2025

"The Ural SEZ ranks fifth in terms of impact on the regional economy and sixth in terms of contribution to the national economy and management efficiency. Based on the 2024 results, Titanium Valley held 9th and 10th places in the rating, respectively. For us, this result confirms that we have chosen the right strategy for developing an in-demand economic zone. Titanium Valley in the Middle Urals comprises four modern industrial sites: Verkhnyaya Salda, Uktus, Patrushi, and Alapayevsk. They have all the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure for high-tech manufacturing," Denis Pasler wrote on his social media.
There are 25 companies registered in Titanium Valley with a declared investment volume of over 114 billion rubles. Capital investments have already exceeded 60 billion rubles, more than 6,000 new jobs have been created, and the total revenue of current residents amounted to over 119.6 billion rubles.
The efficiency of the Titanium Valley SEZ in generating budget revenues at all levels deserves special attention. Over the entire period of their production activities, SEZ residents have paid more than 26 billion rubles in taxes, customs duties, and insurance contributions. In 2025 alone, this amount exceeded 2 billion rubles.
"Today, residents expect management companies not just to provide premises and basic infrastructure, but to offer comprehensive business support. This includes the construction of production facilities to specified parameters, specialized services, and, what is especially important, a social component—particularly assistance in solving personnel issues. We strive to meet all these demands," said Stanislav Dorofeev, General Director of the Titanium Valley SEZ.
The infrastructure development also helps attract new residents to the territory of the special economic zone and meets the objectives of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."
