Creation of Baltym Agroindustrial Cluster

• reconstruction of a dairy farm;
• processing of livestock waste to produce biogas and biofertilizers;

• construction of low-rise housing, etc.

Within the framework of the project “Creation of Baltym Agro-Industrial Cluster” the dairy farm in the village of Baltym was reconstructed, the transition to a new technology of loose housing of cattle was made, including:

• five buildings with a total area of more than 9000 square meters were reconstructed;
• 2,400 square meters milking and dairy block with a milking parlor (2x18 Euro-parallel) and SCR herd management system (Israel), which allows to control reproduction and animal health;
• water and energy supply and sewerage systems were reconstructed;
• automated ventilation and manure removal systems were installed;
• a milk processing center with modern innovative equipment was put into operation;
• the volume of investments for 2015-2019 amounted to RUB 700 mln.

Projects to be implemented in 2019-2025.

At present, a project to produce milk with specified properties and a project to process livestock waste to produce biogas and biofertilizers are being implemented.

The project for production of milk with specified properties provides for the production of milk containing A2 protein, which is indentical to human protein and, accordingly, is perfectly digested by the human body.

The project of livestock waste processing provides waste processing by biogas technology, the biogas obtained as a result of waste processing is used in cogeneration plants to provide the dairy farm with its own electricity, in addition, as a result of waste processing a valuable biofertilizer is formed, which allows to meet its own need for fertilizers, as well as to get a significant increase in revenue of the company, as a result of sales of biofertilizers.
