Shop for the production of powdered milk at Irbit Dairy Plant AO

JSC «Irbit Dairy Plant» launched a workshop for the production of a new product - whey powder, as well as an increase in the production of skimmed milk powder.

After reaching the design capacity, the volume of production, the share of milk powder produced by the plant, will amount to 5.8% of the total production of such products in Russia.

The demand for milk powder in the Sverdlovsk region is high, but until recently it came only from abroad.

In addition to solving the problem of import substitution, the launch of a new site at a dairy plant will help support Sverdlovsk producers at the time of a seasonal drop in demand for milk.

Now livestock breeders will be able to process surplus products and store them dry for a long time, sell them as needed and at prices that will allow them to work without loss.
