A new high-tech glass production facility has been launched in Sverdlovsk Region

"Another production facility was launched today in Sverdlovsk Region with the support of the Regional Industrial Development Fund. An innovative complex for manufacturing insulated glass units and processing large sheet glass up to 18 sq. m has begun operating at the site of the ASKELL Group of Companies. The line's capacity is 18,500 sq. m of products per month, which is approximately 220,000 sq. m per year. The enterprise carries out the full production cycle, from blank to finished product," wrote Sverdlovsk Region Governor Denis Pasler on his social media.
The new production will meet the needs of the construction industry within the region. The company plans to enter the markets of other regions of Russia and CIS countries.
"The total project budget is 370 million rubles, of which 60 million were provided by the Fund. These resources made it possible to purchase modern high-tech equipment for producing in-demand products: the use of large-format glass structures is an enduring architectural trend," the head of the region reported.
The Ural enterprise for processing and manufacturing sheet glass products is supported by the Investment Attraction Agency of Sverdlovsk Region. The enterprise was previously selected to present the export potential of Sverdlovsk Region at the INNOPROM.Uzbekistan exhibition and also became a participant in the regional Labor Productivity project.

The launch of high-tech production facilities aligns with the objectives of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."
