A new titanium billet production plant has commenced operations in the Sverdlovsk region

The commissioning documents for the forging shop, covering an area of over 2,000 square meters, were obtained in January 2026.

"The production facility was built and launched by the Isetsky Forging and Mechanical Plant in record time—in less than two years. For the implementation of this large-scale project, the resident was provided with utility networks and logistics infrastructure. The creation of a full-cycle complex, which covers the entire process—from melting titanium ingots to processing finished billets—is a significant contribution to the development of domestic industry. The plant's products contribute to strengthening Russia's technological sovereignty in strategically important sectors such as aviation, engineering, and energy. We will continue to support projects that stimulate the economic development of the region," said the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Denis Pasler.

Earlier, Denis Pasler reported on the launch by the enterprise of a melting shop for titanium ingots.

The project was implemented with the support of the Sverdlovsk Region Investment Promotion Agency. Investments amounted to 1.18 billion rubles.

Currently, 39 specialists are working at the site in Verkhnyaya Salda. In early 2026, the shop will reach full production capacity, and the number of jobs will increase to 115.
