A sports equipment manufacturer expanded its retail network with the support of the Agency

Sverdlovsk-based Dragonfly, a manufacturer of equipment for active sports, launched its first branded store in Moscow.
The boutique opened on April 19 in the MEGA shopping center (Belaya Dacha) and occupies 130 square meters. Earlier Dragonfly products were presented in 350 dealer stores in 84 cities of Russia and CIS countries. The company's own store operated only in its native city of Yekaterinburg. 

The Moscow outlet offers the whole range of the company's products - both summer: motorcycle and quadro outfits, and winter: ski, snowboard and snowmobile outfits. Dragonfly produces footwear, accessories, suits, thermal underwear, casual and outerwear for sports - about 600 items in total. The products are designed by an Italian studio headed by Danil Kuzvesov, who previously designed clothes for the Ferrari brand.


Since 2022, the company has been implementing an investment project to expand its garment production, which is being supported by the Investment Attraction Agency of the Sverdlovsk Region.

As part of the project, the company has already set up a central blanking and cutting area in Yekaterinburg and opened a 50-job sewing outfit production facility in Nizhny Tagil. The Agency helped to find a site for it. The Development Institute also helped the company to establish cooperation with the Nizhny Tagil administration, employment and training centers. Together with them, the company developed a plan to attract employees. With the help of the Agency, the company found the best preferential loan.
