Below is the list of criteria with updates and useful links:

• Construction of capital construction facilities in priority areas under the investment declaration;

• Construction of data processing centers;

• Construction of facilities corresponding to the priorities, goals, and objectives defined in strategic planning documents, and ensuring work on the preservation of cultural heritage sites;

• Establishment of an industrial (manufacturing) park;

• Socio-cultural facility;

• Communal and household facility;

• Construction of a dormitory with an area of at least 8,000 sq. m for an educational organization;

• Construction of facilities for the use of natural gas as a motor fuel;

• Construction of individual housing construction (IHC) and multi-apartment residential buildings for persons who have lost their housing as a result of emergency situations.
