Managers in the Sverdlovsk Region will be able to study under the "Presidential Program" in 2026

The "Presidential Program" is a unique federal business education program implemented on the principles of public-private partnership, wh ere 66% of the manager's tuition cost is covered by the federal and regional budgets, and 34% is covered by the funds of the sending enterprise.

Training under the "Presidential Program" consists of two blocks:

1. professional retraining of managers at Russian educational institutions (550 academic hours, with partial leave from work);
2. a foreign internship funded by the federal budget, lasting 7-10 days.

Manager training at Russian educational institutions is conducted according to two types of educational programs:

• basic educational programs (type "B" - basic), for middle managers. The full tuition cost, without coefficients, is 60 thousand rubles;

• project-oriented educational programs (type "A" - advanced), for senior managers with certain decision-making authority and the ability to implement their own project. The full tuition cost, without coefficients, is 100 thousand rubles.

Candidate requirements:

• higher education;
• total work experience – 5 years, managerial experience – 2 years;
• age from 25 to 50 years.

The Presidential Program in the Sverdlovsk Region is supervised by the Ministry of International and Foreign Economic Relations of the Sverdlovsk Region.
