"Person of Labor": The Second National Award Launched with the Support of United Russia

In 2026, the "Person of Labor" award features six nominations:

— "Technology Leader" — for those who have introduced innovations, improved production efficiency, or created new products and solutions.

— "Best Mentor" — for specialists who pass on their experience to young colleagues and help them grow professionally.

— "Young Specialist" — for employees aged 18 to 35 who have already achieved notable success and demonstrate initiative.

— "Family Labor Dynasties" — for families where at least three generations work in the same profession or at the same enterprise, or where the total work experience of all family members in one field is at least 50 years.

— "Veterans' Council" — for heads or representatives of organizations that preserve labor traditions and accumulated experience.

— "Labor Patriotic Education" — for those who have been engaged for many years in educating young people in the spirit of love for the Fatherland through labor and socially useful activities.

Applications to participate in the competition may be submitted by employees of any enterprises and organizations registered in the Russian Federation.

Enterprises, organizations, trade unions, and labor collectives have the opportunity to nominate their employees for the award — however, employees themselves are also entitled to apply personally. To participate, it is necessary to fill out an application form (a sample is available on the award's official website) and attach a written consent to the processing of personal data.

Acceptance of applications for the six award nominations will last until August 15, 2026.
