Yekaterinburg to Host the Finals of the International Championship "High-Tech: Skills of the Future" and the "High-Tech. Juniors" Festival

The events are organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia jointly with the ANO "Agency for Professional Skills Development," the ANO "Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects," and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, with support from major corporations and industrial enterprises.

The Championship is aimed at identifying and implementing promising technologies in industrial production, upgrading personnel qualifications, improving production processes, and exchanging advanced production solutions and competencies.

The "High-Tech. Juniors" Festival is focused on developing engineering thinking among youth and supporting young specialists interested in professional growth in key industrial sectors. One of the festival's distinctive features will be the development of competition tasks based on real production requests from enterprises, enabling participants to work on solving practical industrial challenges.

As part of the competitive events, participants will be able to demonstrate their professional skills by completing tasks designed to address current challenges facing the industry, as well as the objectives of national projects aimed at ensuring technological leadership and developing human resource potential.

Representatives of industrial enterprises, relevant executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, experts, and young specialists are invited to participate in the events.
